We provide one-on-one training where we will walk you through how to use a platform such as SharpSpring or Facebook's Business Manager. Contact support to get a quote and arrange a date and time.
When Creative manages your business page we encourage our clients to start using Facebook Business Manager. In order to login into your business page on Facebook you will need to click on your name on the top right in Facebook where the drop-down menu will appear, select your business there. Another way is to go to your business page and at the top bar it will give you the option to manage your page in Business Manager. Alternatively you can login via this address: https://business.facebook.com/ On Mobile we recommend you download the Page Manager app from Facebook to use your Facebook Business Page.
Bizlink Creative does not have any printing facilities or branding such as banners, but we have partnered with a number of other companies to provide these services to our clients on request. So if you require marketing collateral for an upcoming event we can help you but please give us sufficient lead time to ensure that you have everything you require.
We understand that some months can be tough for a business, but we please request that you notify Bizlink in advance if you will not be able to make a payment date so that we may arrange a compromise. Failure to do so could result in your systems and website being taken down until payment has been made. Please contact our Accounts department to make an arrangement if required.
When signing a contract with Bizlink Creative we include a privacy and confidentiality agreement to protect your information and intellectual property. We understand that the importance of IP and we always respect our privacy and confidentiality agreement in the terms and conditions of the contract.
